Urban Float

I really enjoy my float sessions here. Mark took his time explaining the options and benefits and was so easy and enjoyable to talk to. The float was especially helpful for my body. I noticed a difference right away. The relaxation you feel weightless is indescribable. The facility is clean and beautifully designed. I like their music selections too. They’ve always been accommodating with my schedule. I can highly recommend this location. They’re a great group of people.

Mark and Katie made our first experience at Urban Float wonderful! They were so helpful and made our visit feel very relaxing. Definitely a cool place to try if you’ve never been before!!

I have spent alot of money at this place over the past 2 + years. Monday I had an apt for red light therapy and unfortunately had a bad bike accident on the trail at Henlopen. My knee got gashed and my shin was very brushburned. I hsd blood everywhere!! I could barely walk so it took quite a bit of time to get back to the car and I didn't have my phone to call and let them know. I called and was told they would call me back after they talked to manager. Might I add. When I called 5 hrs prior and most days I call, they usually have quite alot of availability. Never got a call back that day. So I tried to call all day Tues and kept getting text message that they were going to call me back. Never got a call. I call Wed and they say since it was the 3rd time something unfortunate happened to me, they had to charge me a no call no show fee. Its in my contract. Oh Im sorry that over 2+ years Ive had bad luck 2 other times...of which I did either come later that day or rescheduled. Don't need to give business to a company who obviously doesn't care about their long time loyal customers!! Not once did the 3 people I talked to ask how I was either.
