Renee at the front desk was so nice. I loved interacting with her. She made check in easy. She had a smile on her face and had a beautiful personality. She was amazing a second time when we were getting breakfast, and with the great hospitality and smile. Thanks Renee!

The hotel was clean but the rooms were small, for the price you would expect a closet or even a dresser to unpack your suitcase. There is only one small chair and a tiny desk, which for a family of four is crazy. The hotel is right off of a major highway so if you have a room facing that, it can be loud. The air conditioning unit was very loud as well, I had to put a bag ontop of it to stop it from rattling.

I booked a 2 nights stay and I had a hard time trying to get to the hotel. The hotel lobby was very nice including the lady at the front desk! This hotel is so deceiving and disappointing!!! This will be my 1st and last time staying!!! But the room was not cleaned!!! Thankfully I brought Lysol!!! I sprayed the bathroom counter it was dirty!!! And what really disgusted me was the shower THAT I DID NOT USE!!! But it had dried blood and black mold!!! And the water was not hot using the sink!!! The bathroom sink the water was slowly going down. The bed was never changed the smell of cologne was on the pillows. The walls are very thin, I could hear the man in the other room coughing. I did not get any sleep even with me spraying Lysol everywhere and complaining about my room. This was a bad experience for me! Especially since this is a newly built hotel it shouldn’t be so bent out of shape and unclean in the rooms!!! Always check reviews before booking your hotel can help from wasting money and disappointment!!!
