THE BRIMMING HORN MEADERY

This is a really unique spot where you can enjoy wine made from fermented honey—also known as mead. The atmosphere is laid-back, cool, and inviting, with a spacious outdoor setup that makes it easy to relax and spend time there. It’s conveniently located just in front of the Georgetown–Lewes pathway, making it a great stop if you’re out walking or biking.
The outdoor area is expansive, featuring a section for live bands along with a fireplace and heaters, which adds to the ambiance. On the other side, there’s a dedicated space for food trucks, offering a great variety—from ribs to Thai food—depending on the day.
Overall, it’s a fun and versatile place with something for everyone. It’s also family-friendly, with plenty of seating where you can comfortably bring kids along and enjoy the experience together. I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

Everything you could ask for in a mead/ cider /fruit wine place. Their brewing company has awesome combinationsfor beer/partnerships for stouts and ales and stuff too.

Always a great food truck. Fun game nights. They have very cool vendors here when they do events.
Do yourself the favor.

The Mead, cider and wine were all very good. The food truck was Brandy Lynns. The food was excellent and they were very pleasant. Why 4 stars? The two people working behind the bar at the meadery were not the least bit interested in customer service. No warm greeting. No asking if we were familiar. We walked up to the bar, there was a menu on it, I reached for it and my 'greeting' was, "The food truck isn't open yet" After we ordered our flight the server delivered it with a simple instruction, "Sample from here to here" I believe the only other interaction was when my husband asked a question. Otherwise, there was no interaction. Both barkeepers were on their phone more than they were helping customers. Its a shame. For me, I can buy a bottle of liquar at any liquor store. I go to the producer for the experience. In this case, the experience wont bring me back again.
