Surf Bagel Long Neck

Went last Saturday 8/22 and did an online order and paid for an extra egg on my sandwich. I got my sandwich and noticed I never received the extra egg. It was a busy morning there so I understood and just asked the lady at the pickup order spot to get it refunded- she wrote the note for the manager to refund it. It’s been a week and never got a refund yet. I think $2 is a little steep for an extra egg, but I just don’t think 1 is enough. Now I am more disappointed that I still haven’t received my refund for something I didn’t get.

This is probably the third time visiting this place and the third time that they messed up a simple order. Worst part is that I was the only person there. It’s not like they were even busy ordered a double toasted bagel asked to go super light on the cream cheese got a bagel that wasn’t toasted even once and there was 3 pounds of cream cheese on the bagel

I was absolutely amazed by the price. In this economy going out anywhere seems to be a daunting task but for what we ordered it was a great price so thank you! Also, the customer service was amazing. The young lady at the counter seemed to be training and was doing such an amazing job with being attentive to the guest as well as the young girl in training. I have worked in customer service my whole life so by nature Im aware of my surroundings and notice things some may not. The young lady showed true patience for the person she was training and was also very thorough. What a great employee you have!!
