We went around 10a on a Friday in December. The signage about where to park and where to walk in is confusing. The parking lot is shared and half has asphalt while the back side has pebbles. We initially went to the wrong parking lot and, once inside, walked to the wrong counter because we had an online order. The staff were not friendly or managed properly. Even though we got a text that our food was ready, we waited 10 minutes for staff to get our order. It’s confusing where things are, like napkins and utensils, and staff seemed too overwhelmed to help.
Our egg and cheese bagel had barely any egg.
Our bagel with lox spread, tomato, and onion had regular cream cheese. We asked them to remake it and got a bagel with lox and too much cold, hard cream cheese.
We also ordered the house salad with grilled chicken. The salad had too many purple onions and the chicken was shredded rotisserie meat with chunks of skin and brown meat - not a grilled chicken breast.
The home fries were not homemade.
We found it odd that there was no aroma of coffee like other bagel places.
Still, this place does very well and had a steady stream of customers. There is no other competition for decent enough bagels in the area. We thought maybe management isn’t very good during the off season in December. We will not be back.

They have excellent bagels with great chew and fresh from the oven flavor. I had the chicken salad on wheat bagel and my husband had the bacon egg and cheese on multigrain bagel. They were so good! We did try the surf bagel orange juice and it was more like an orange drink and not the right taste for orange juice. We always come back each year and love the bagels every time.

Went here for the first time on a mini trip to Rehoboth. I got an egg and cheese everything bagel and wanted to see how it compared to a local spot of mine in Baltimore.
First, the quality of the bagels was solid. They were nicely toasted, tasted fresh, and had a good amount of seasoning and flavor to them. The spot I typically go to in Baltimore is a little heavy-handed when it comes to the seasoning and gets burnt.
The timing and customer service was good, however, I grabbed takeout so can't speak much on these items.
When it came to the food, it tasted great, but I think the seasoning for the eggs was a little bland. They were well cooked, however.
Next time I'm in town I'm looking forward to going back! Also to the owners/marketing team-- love the branding! That's one of the things that attracted me to the spot to begin with.
