This place is not worth the premium price. Could not understand the night front desk clerk, he should not be doing that job. I was not offerred the option of points or marketplace credit nor acknowledged that I was a Titanium Elite status...not a big deal but something provided by all their other hotels. Our room had been changed from what was on the app which meant we had to walk outside in the rain to get to our room. I requested that we be put in a room in the building we were in and he was clueless.
The floors in the room were filthy left our socks BLACK. The shower dripped constantly. Poor design for a room in a residence inn. There was a full kitchen but no place to sit to eat not even a coffee table or desk. This hotel is not worth the money. In the future I will stay at the Hyatt Place

Great location, helpful staff but unfortunately the bathroom really took away from the overall experience. We had an accessibility room so it was very spacious which was nice however the bathroom was gross. The bathroom floor had an additional drain which had a terrible odor coming from it. There’s no vent in the bathroom so we had to leave the bathroom door open and turn the kitchen vent on which help did help with the smell. However, we made the mistake of closing the bathroom door before bed so the next morning the smell was even worse. The shower also seemed to not have been thoroughly cleaned which was also off putting. Maybe the experience would’ve been much better if I just requested another room.

I wanted to start by saying this place has figured out how to do breakfast. It is amazing, the food is delicious and fresh. It's a great way to start the day, especially after having to stay in this hotel. Sadly that's about the only thing they have, right. We got two rooms here. Sadly it does not look like they had been cleaned. There was dust on top of the refrigerator, the coffee cups had coffee stains in them, the dishes were dirty. The bathtub was leaking so badly It puddled water on the floor. Not to mention the dirt and mold that was building up along the wall and the tub. There was what to look to be feces smeared on the couch cushions. The rooms stunk of smoke. Things were so unclean it was disgusting. The management did try to make things right but it just wasn't quite enough. The front desk messed up and charged us four times the amount they should have. It made it so we couldn't use our credit card for the rest of the trip. We spent more time trying to get the service we needed and fighting for the management to make it right that we didn't even get to walk on the boardwalk or enjoy the beach whatsoever. I sure hope this place can figure out how to run a Marriott. I guess you should probably change the name if you can't meet their expectations because this isn't even close to Marriott standards. It is a real letdown. The only thing they have going for them is the breakfast and the beach.
