Mulligan's Pointe

Played mulligans pointe yesterday and was completely disappointed. They are charging a "discounted" rate of 50-60 for 18. Every fairway is destroyed. Now I will be completely honest. We left after 9. So idk how the back 9 was but honestly it could of been Augusta and it wouldnt make playing that front worth it. Crab grass and dead spots through every hole on the front nine. See the pictures for yourself. The course is destroyed. Now the greens were in good shape and the tee boxes were ok, little uneven but serviceable. But it doesnt matter how good the greens are if your hitting from a legit deadzone every shot into green. Overall just a bad experience.

Little cherry on top was that the entire course is. Cart path only. Was told it will be until April next year so beware. Driving carts on the fairways was the least of the problems LMAO. Nothing like running through dirt back and forth to the grab your clubs when you could honestly drive a monster truck on the course and it wouldnt change much but a little electric golf cart is too much. It was a huge LOL

Super sad because my inlaws used to play the course alot and spoke highly of it. I hope this doesnt come off as a bash post. Honestly just more or less wanted to spread awareness so the next golfers dont need to waste their golf outing like we did.

Side notes:
- the ranger (older gentleman) was very nice respectable and courteous. Great guy
-counter gentleman in pro shop- completely delusional on the 50-60 dollar tee times. You should be charging 20 if that. Or have a huge sign on door that says this is CPO and we dont have fairways just dirt. We would of left upon arrival and no hard feelings

Awful conditions and quite honestly a joke charging golfers $50 to play. “Grass” is longer in the fairways than in the rough. I put grass in quotes because there’s more dirt and giant weeds than anything in the fairways. If ANYTHING greens were decent, but this is generous. The $10 discount isn’t enough to play here..

Played MP yesterday and not exactly sure what happened to the course but their fairways were completely dead with no grass whatsoever. The course was almost unplayable. This should have been disclosed to us when booking our tee time and then we could have decided whether we still wanted to play or not. First time playing here and not sure I would return.
