Jeff's Taproom & Grille

Went with some friends to eat on a Friday night, drinks were good, there was a decent amount of people there. We were very Unsatisfied with our service from our server. My two friends both ordered nachos and an order of wings, I ordered wings and jalapeño poppers. It took 20 minutes for her to come and get our order. We out in our food and waited. And waited. The two orders of nachos came out after about 23 minutes. They were done their food before I even got My jalapeño poppers or wings which granite the wings would take longer to cook so I was expecting that. So needless to say I waiting 41 minutes for an order of wings. They came out hot and fresh and were great, but I was wondering where my jalapeño poppers were. I asked the server and see forgot to put them in, she told me they would be out in 5 minutes. Which they did come very quickly after she put them in. Never got an apology, saying hey that's my fault I'm sorry, nothing. Her attitude really wasn't the best and she just seemed annoyed to be taking our order and serving us. I seen Her are constantly going to check on the other tables, but checked on us maybe 2 times? I asked for napkins, never got. I asked for another cup of ranch That I asked for in the first place with my order she said she'd be back never got it. I feel like I've had better service during the Apple scrapple than last night!

What a great place for hanging with friends! Great venue, service and food! Lots of spacious tables, many pool tables, live music and more. Nicely laid out with plenty of room in all directions. Staff was awesome! Jenn was our server but whether you have Jenn, Jenny, Jenna or Jen you won't be disappointed. The burgers were unbelievable! Easily 1/2" thick and perfectly prepared. See pics. The onion petals were delicious as were the sweet potatoes fries. Loved the sauces they came with. If you're a carrot cake snob then you MUST try theirs! Very moist, flavorful and HUGE for the price. I'll be eating it for days! We'll be back!!

Great place for a good meal. There is a large selection of food options and everything we had was excellent. Our server Kenny was awesome. She has a great personality, and she was patient with our group, but also attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back the next time we're in town.
