This was one of the most satisfying and pleasant Hotel stays I can remember! The Hyatt House Lewes/Rehoboth Beach is fantastic!
Rooms are spacious with kitchens. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Ours had a nice big screen 4K TV which could swivel for viewing in any room. Shower is large, bed and pillows are comfortable.
Breakfast is included.. eggs, breakfast meat, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, various fruit, various breads, all are available. The breakfast guy (Zach) is super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was consistently tasty every morning of our stay.
The pool is enormous!! Not too deep, so its kid friendly, but super long for doing laps. Nice and wide too. The water temperature is perfect. The water is clean and clear. I want to go back!
The exercise room was good with several treadmills, bikes, and also weights and one weight machine. The treadmills had a screen that could show scenery or you could play puzzles on it. I did several sudokus which was a great way to pass the time!
The best part of this hotel is everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY!! And not fake friendly either. I mean they are all just super nice and helpful! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance to the aforementioned breakfast guy. They might be the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Special mention to:
Sol, Laurie, and Dana. There are many others, I don't know their names.
The Hotel is located just off the main strip and is super convenient to all the area beaches. There are plenty of dining options nearby for lunch and dinner. The hotel also has a bar, but I did not partake.
Prices are super reasonable. Also (important for us), the hotel is super dog friendly! They have biscuits at the front desk as well as water bowls. Dogs get a welcome bag just like their owners!
To summarize, I highly recommend this place and plan to visit again!

Big 5 Star rating for the staff at this hotel. Laurie, Jamie and Robbie took excellent care of us during a recent rare snow storm. Even as the hotel got completely booked because of power outages, they were kind, gracious and friendly. The chaos of nature didn't diminish their professionalism and we were so impressed with the many "hat's" they wore to make everyone happy. You are so lucky to have them!

I rarely leave reviews for hotel but this one deserves one.
Staffs were professional, friendly, and helpful. Beautiful patio area with a large indoor swimming pool is perfect for a wind down session after a long day at Rehoboth beach.
Grills were clean and ate dinner with hotel provided silverwares and plates… staffs were again wonderful accommodating us.
Hotel is very close to Weis where I got cheap ice, groceries, and other things.
10/10 for every aspect of the property.
