Friendly and nice. Great location, plentiful parking and amenities. Pup friendly which is why we stayed here. Just about everything is within walking distance and best of all they have umbrellas and chairs at the beach, included.
Our room had a master section and a second room with two beds. Instead of a real door they had a sliding partition which was a little less nice but necessary for hearing/cooling. Mini kitchen was a sink, microwave, and some dinnerware.
Breakfast was included too. Pretty usual stuff but kids were hoping for waffle maker which they didn't have. Eating area had a nice patio too.

Great spot near the beach and great amenities. I knocked this a star to 3 because of the unadvertised parking fee of $25 per vehicle per day. Otherwise, great spot. And the complimentary mini golf tix were great for evening activity (adjacent to hotel)
