Had an espresso macchiato twice at two different farmers markets. It was very good. They still feel the need to clarify what a macchiato is to customers. I haven’t had that happen - in a long time and the best shops never ask. Drinks are good, their beans are overpriced, but whatever the market will bear, right?

A dope spot with some dank dranks. Stopped by while on vacation and opted for th btyoe of drink I don't buy in my day-to-day life: a salted maple cinnamon oat milk latte. It slapped! Not too salty, nor too sweet; The maple was marvelous; and the mild coffee flavor perfectly implied a Maillard reaction. I felt like I was drinking a caffeinated cookie, it was a wonderful start to my day. Thank you Gaia Coffee Co

Cute and cozy coffee shop with great specialty espresso beans and delicious pastry options. The iced latte I had was prepared perfectly and the beans used were fresh providing a great quality espresso pull.
Friendly staff and is a great spot to chill or grab something and walk to the nearby parks to enjoy.
