Emmanuel's Restaurant

A surprising delicious breakfast! We were heading out from Bethany Beach for the week when we decided to stop here for breakfast on a Saturday away from all the beach crowds. Glad we did because at 930am there we only a few folks.

We were a family of 5 enjoying something from all over the menu. I chose the Emmanuel's platter which was a scrambled eggs with tomatoes, onions and peppers with a side of sweet plantains, refried beans and 3 housemate tortillas. It was so filling! The coffee was nice and strong.

2 of my teenagers had the Huevos Rancheros. The tomato sauce was a bit spicy but they loved their dish. That came with tasty home potatoes.

My husband got the breakfast burrito and it was filling and delicious.

My 10 yo ordered the pancakes and they were big, fluffy, slightly sweet and so good.

We will definitely be back. Owner is super nice and engaging.

Had the Huevos Rancheros and a black coffee. It was delicious. The food had a nice amount of spice and heat. Looking forward to returning with family!

So as a local I am late to this gem but get here as soon as you can to support this delicious restaurant. My husband had breakfast for dinner and I had a quesadilla and we’ll be taking home half to finish tomorrow. Notables include: (1) you feel like family when you walk in; (2) the food is delicious and so well seasoned; and (3) the prices are amazing for the amount of food you receive. Please give this place a try so we don’t lose a welcoming family owned restaurant worth your money!
