Had a reservation for 1pm. It was cancelled due to fog. We’re out here and there is zero fog. How can they be so inflexible. Boats sitting right there. Wasted money and time on this reservation. Photo to show how nice the conditions were.

If I could give it a zero stars I would. They were incredibly rude to my parents, dare I say racist. You must be 46 years old to drive the jet ski and they only made that clear in their very VERY fine print. To top it off, their response to our confusion was outrageous. They said it was entirely our fault. You could tell they were exploiting people for not knowing these absurd rules. We heard the worker say “we got another one” to his manager. They talked down to us like we were idiots. I would like to further add that their boats and workers were uglier than their attitude.

Staff of young kids are awesome but everyone needs to read the fine print. I will be having a chat with owner. Not happy with reservation setup. More to follow.
