Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seaford

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my extremely disappointing visit. I truly wish I had heeded the existing reviews more carefully before making my reservation – shame on me.My stay was riddled with issues from the moment I arrived. The lobby floor was incredibly slippery, creating an immediate safety concern. Upon reaching my room, I was met with an ant infestation; the room was literally crawling with them. To make matters worse, the floor in the room felt disgustingly sticky underfoot.The problems continued with the hotel's general upkeep. The hallways reeked of stale smoke, which was unpleasant and pervasive. Privacy in the room was non-existent as the door left uncovered edges, allowing a clear view into the entire room from the outside. I had to resort to using the iron table to block the gap just so I could change clothes. The bathroom door didn't close properly, adding another layer of inconvenience and lack of privacy.Beyond the room itself, key amenities were also a letdown. The pool was closed, which was disappointing, but the most baffling detail was finding the coffee machine oddly placed in the bathroom.Overall, my experience was thoroughly unsatisfactory. I will not be staying here again, nor do I recommend this establishment to anyone until these significant issues are addressed and rectified.

Our stay was great all the staff were very accommodating and pleasent. Only had one issue with finding a buggy. But it was handled with grace, sympathy and class. I didn't expect the level of care I recieved from past experiences. It was absolutely refreshing dealing with staff that had common sense. If there was anything that was needed all we had to do was ask with no issues. And because the 1bug I found I was refunded 50% of my 3day stay without even asking. Long story short the staff manager and cleaning crew willing/ and did go above and beyond for me. Would definitely recommend to others.

Location was a bit out of our way but it wasnt bad for the price we paid for a one night stay. Breakfast was simple. Only complaint was we all was eating our breakfast in a sunny room with no ac. And of course like everyone on the review said.....the pool was still closed. Which was no big deal to us. Room was clean and staff was nice.
