Great little hotel for an off season stay! All rooms have balconies, and it is just one block off Rehoboth Ave and about 3 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, directly under the landmark Rehoboth water tower. Double Queen suite was great - spacious, clean and had a mini kitchen and sofa bed. Bedroom was so quiet with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was very friendly, and it was nice having free continental breakfast, coffee and even an indoor pool... definitely would book again!

We travel to Rehoboth a few times a year, and for vacation, stay at a pricier hotel. But on a quick trip, don't want to break the bank, so we chose Breakers this time. Pleasantly surprised! Price point was good, the place is clean, the room was great and felt newly redone, except for a puzzling thermostat. The front desk people were pleasant. Breakers is an easy few blocks walk to the beach, but right in the heart of some great restaurants, which is more important on a quick trip. Oh, and pets are allowed in rooms on the first floor, which I found entertaining seeing some of the dogs come and go for their morning walks.

Came here for a mini staycation with my kids. The rooms were nice and the room that we had had a balcony and my kids loved it. We were able to get breakfast in the morning on the fourth floor and we were able to go swimming on the fifth floor in their indoor pool. This hotel is less than a half a block away from the boardwalk. I highly recommend if you want something that is budget, friendly kid, friendly, and close to the boardwalk.
