Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn by Marriott

Second time staying here during the holidays. We visited over New Year’s last year and came back for Christmas this time. Christmas week was much quieter, which we loved 😊

Last year we were on the first floor boardwalk room, and the view felt limited. This time we stayed on the second floor and it was much nicer.

Platinum status was acknowledged at check-in, but no benefits were offered then. We did request late checkout a day before check-out and got 4pm. Overall, a peaceful stay and a great experience!

Absolutely AMAZING hotel and vacation! 1 Con: The bathroom sink did not drain well (easily fixable)!

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are great. View is great. Full kitchen. Go to the Giant or Weis a few blocks away and fill your fridge!

Pool is incredible. Fitness room being open 24/7 is amazing! Laundry room on site.

Freed breakfast in hotel was ok. I found the eggs, bacon and quiche to be very salty. Way too salty. But it would have been one of the best hotel breakfasts if it wasn't.

Loved my stay here. Would stay again and would recommend this hotel to others!

I had a wonderful experience here this past weekend. The staff was extremely helpful, and the front desk ladies were amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by one of the nicest and most helpful team members, Mr. Imoh Matthews, who was absolutely spectacular. He knew the area like the back of his hand and was a tremendous help to my wife and me as we traveled with our two small children for a four-day stay.

Imoh consistently checked in with us daily to ensure our needs were being met. He went out of his way to make sure we always had a luggage cart ready whenever we were entering or exiting the hotel. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made a huge difference in our stay. Truly, he is the best example of outstanding customer service that any guest could hope for.
